Found in my new garden
I'm certain it's deciduous. It's getting too big for its pot, so needs putting in the ground, or a larger pot. I don't have a spare pot (of the right size) - but I do have some space.

What are we doing in the garden 2024
Our cat is buried in the middle of the lawn about 2 ft down. I always have a few words with her when I mow the lawn. We will put a large bird bath on top. RIP pussy.

Any ideas as to this Iris?
From my experience, Flag iris will grow in any soil which is poor draining so has a good moisture content
