What are we doing in the garden 2024
Thanks, considering we only have 3 volunteers ages 72, 70 and me the whippa snapper at 66 it takes a lot just keeping on top of the weeds so managing to get some veg in the beds and hanging basket...
Thanks, considering we only have 3 volunteers ages 72, 70 and me the whippa snapper at 66 it takes a lot just keeping on top of the weeds so managing to get some veg in the beds and hanging basket plants growing in the greenhouse is a absolute bonus.

Today I cut the last of the Ascot daffodils and brought them inside to enjoy for a day or two. Here they are on my windowsill, lit up by the setting sun.

Nothing has happened to mine either, it appears some of them started leafing when bare root and the leaflets died :( my gooseberries are all slowly coming out though!

Rhino charging my way
Potted the chillies/peppers on into their final pots today, just hope the frost doesn't comeback, they are now in the greenhouse as they are too big for the conservatory now.

That does look very restricted for a Clematis to grow well Which variety are you planning to plant? It may be better in a large container open to the soil below or in another location.
