We have had a bumper year for honesty too. However no matter how much I scatter the seeds from my few white ones, they only ever pop up in small numbers in the same place. The purple grow in much bigger numbers and all over the place Luckily I’ve grown to love them too

Think the buttonhole would be slightly trickier to deal with... What worries me is the future of music when you see so much generated stuff appearing that will swamp the net.

Fertilized the garlic and onions today, the garlic looking a bit yellow from all the rain I think. Four foot since they went in late September for some of them.Final harvest of PSB and ripped the plants out. They'll be replaced by Brussels sprouts and lettuce in a couple of weeks when they are...

I got some Aldi Enriched Multipurpose today. Pretty fine, couple of twiggy bits, lot better looking than the levington peat free I'd bought for a similar price. I'd start seeds in it. Just used it to repot the squash modules

Competion doesn't really exist, although they like to tell us it does. Price fixing is going on all the time in every thing we buy. And the more expensive things are the bigger the tax rake off. So no chance any government is ever going to change things.

What a morning. Beautiful blue sky, no wind and WARM. So the wildlife agreed. Butterflies abounded...orange tips, brimstone, holly blue, speckled wood, large white, peacock, red admiral and some others too quick to ID. Then the bees...hopeless at IDing them but so many different ones around. ONE...
