Your white Camassias are well ahead of mine @Papi Jo, but end of May is normal for them here. I think one flower has opened on one plant, but they should be good by the end of this week or so....

Under Plant Health Regulations (PHR) 2019 you don't need to apply for a licence if you are not selling them to make a regular profit.
(There are other restrictions).
