If I don't use a whole Cauliflower at once I have found that blanching and freezing does work. I do like raw cauli tho so most gets eaten one way or another.

Happy new year to all. My wife's older daughter always has a big new year bash. I must admit I'm trying to find an excuse not to go, I find it all a bit much these days. See you on the other side.

I'm having a moan! I am supporting huge flocks of sparrows (not intentionally) from what seems like miles around, they are eating all the food from the ground feeders before the othe birds get a look in. Do they eat other grains like chicken food that would be cheaper to buy?

Recommend a climbing Rose please!
The climbing rose, Mary Delaney is pretty, repeat flowers and is almost thornless. Its flowers are bigger than the two I mentioned above.
