I ordered seeds from Chiltern Seeds yesterday and that's it (honest) for this year.

Currently 7°C wind from the south east, rain due in the next hour and continuing for the rest of the day, the wind will swing round to the west and increase as Storm Goretti passes up the Bristol Channel. Temperature 11°C by mid afternoon.

If my chillies get a bit leggy I just plant them deeper when they are potted on. They root readily from any buried leaf nodes and I don't remember ever losing one from this method. I don't use grow lights or a heat pad so I won't be starting them till next month.
