Great, @simone_in_wiltshire, I'm pleased it's doing well. Those frozen fronds may turn black. I remove those that do. On milder days I also remove the fleece stuffed in the crown to allow air to circulate and to dry the fleece out.

Cold start, but has slowly warmed up. Went up to the greenhouse this afternoon and checked things over, things are generally alright some even still flowering. Watered as needed, then sowed seeds that need a winter cool period or just take months to germinate, but don't need heat so some crocus...

If my chillies get a bit leggy I just plant them deeper when they are potted on. They root readily from any buried leaf nodes and I don't remember ever losing one from this method. I don't use grow lights or a heat pad so I won't be starting them till next month.
