    What's your weather like 2026

It's wet outside this morning and a surprising plus 2c. It was frosty when I went to bed last night.

Latest moan from you and me 2026

Bloomin' Christmas interrupting the flow of essentials! ;) If you have a Waitrose nearby, their own brand Belgium Fruit and Nut is pretty good. Comes in a 180g pack at a reasonable price.

    Best supplier of compost 2026

I use Clover, as @hailbopp suggested. It has peat in it. At the moment it's sold by 2 garden centres fairly local to me in South Norfolk. I'm happy with it.

Just one further thought @Selwynha, if you plan to dig up one of the plants to investigate, wait for the temperature to improve to avoid any further damage.
