I noticed it was £19 delivery to me. I'm wondering where I can store 1000litres, it would obviously get put in the front garden, I'd not want it left there so would have to move it somewhere.

That looks very similar to the one my brother has. We had colder than -5c here this year and it suggests burgandy spires can only take a lite frost, so perhaps similar cultivars are the same.
