bought maybe 6 punnets of 4 primroses from coop when they went on sale for 1£ per punnet. theyre half desicated but due to evolving for summer dormancy theyll be just fine. they have yellow, white, red, pink and blue ones, but i think the white ones are the nicest

Go and buy a bag of small potatoes, I tend to make a bag last over a week and by the end they are shooting, and that's in an old fridge in the garage. The fridge is not turned on but it keeps a nice even temperature for storing bought veg.

Yeah it's always difficult to find heritage seeds or plants locally, they only sell the varieties that the general public recognise, I get mine online
