I've just bought a bag of Sturon onion sets. Some of them are already sprouting green. Can they be planted along with the others at the same time ?

Perovskia - how much would you cut down?
I have pruned it down to the first leaves but my feeling tells me that it should be half the height. What do you think? Many thanks in advance.
