Heavens no. You should have seen the Ourisias and the Alliums and the Campanulas and the I could list a whole lot more, but the Alstromerias (not the big things Ligtu etc,)wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not sure what Agapanthus is roders :rolleyes: but i did see a lot of Crocosmia.what did you think of the purple garden?now, i love purple but i thought it was hard to make out the flowers.i did like the edible garden though.that lady was a proper skip rat! :D

gogs, thought it maybe a long way. That fushia is lovely, dont know whats happened to mine this year, have had it for 8 years, flowered for me every year, same colour as that one, it has not grown well this year at all, got 2 branches on it and thats it, most unusual. :confused:

That was the case in my last house. It was a 150 year old terraced cottage, we put up breeze blocks to separate ours from next door. Had nightmares of strangers coming down from our loft hatch!

Oh, what a shame AG - I thoroughly enjoyed myself, on my own! I bought a wheelbarrow and put all my aquisitions in there and wheeled my way around quite happily! Try again next year
