I have alway introduce new hens at night time when they are at roost dont seem to have any bother in the morning. I dont think there like humans, can you imagine waaaaah who the hell are you how did you get in

That depends how fond you are of your garden! They're very destructive in their endless quest for food. Try ensuring that there are two lots of food and water some way apart and try to spend some time with them so you can put a stop to the bullying behaviour. Failing that, if the older ones...
