In the Middle Ages, a buttery was a storeroom for liquor .... In recent years, the GC Buttery gets raided often by rogue Admin and users ....... Please help us restore our stock by contributing recipes and advice.

    How long?

    About 30 mins to chill it in the fridge (I never bottle wine that isn't ready to drink as it matures better in bulk, so it's left in demijohns to mature).

    I use 4 if i'm feeling flush :) That is to say I usually buy 4 (buy 2 for £2.50) but end up keeping one to drink as squash.
