    A friend brought us "Valerian tea-bags" and we put them in our cupboard. A few hours later our 2 Bengal cats reactions were more than scarey! They had both picked up the scent, leapt up and opened the cupboard. The female's reaction was similar to yours. BUT the male went crazy, tearing around the kitchen, eyes wide, and yowling frantically at a level we never thought possible!

    Oh - and it took over an hour to calm them down, plus we had to wash out the cupboard as they were still picking up the scent for a while later!
