    The whole plant is no more than 2 inches high and the flowers in proportion to that.

    To be honest, it was the large Sempervivum (arachnoids?) clump in the background that I was taken with.

    Ooops. That is actually a dying Draba longisliqua. It is about 12 years old and there are a few, many dead patches in the cushion. Have tried to grow it from seed, but without success. The seed germinates but that's it.
