Don't forget that most beautiful and versatile wildflower, the taraxacum. Or that valuable food source for the larvae of many butterflies, the urtica.

Won't be hauling my glutius maximus to any of these places as I would not want to be wondering about the truthfulness of....

At a lot of money per visit, which would include flight, local accommodations, and all the rest, (approx £4k) then to think that I was being mocked?

No, might have seemed funny but certainly tells outsiders to stay the heck away!

Sorry for my sobering response but I do find it uncouth.

Now, back to trying to fix my internet issues...:)

I had the dubious pleasure of learning Latin at Grammar school until the third form . Not sure why I was taught this as the last Romans left Cockium (Wigan ) in 402 AD. It came in useful at the local Catholic club . They called the Bingo out in Latin to stop us protestants from winning

Don't worry Lori, it's only an inside joke to keep the gardeners amused in the middle of winter :snorky:

Aloe Vera, as far as I Know, has no common name only the Latin so no problem there.
