I'd love to take an image, Woo, but here in Cheshire we're under total cloud cover and it's pouring down:wallbanging::gaah::heehee:

        Lovely shot @wiseowl.

Commiserations @ARMANDII. If it's any consolation I had a clear sky not realising it until too late, and hadn't set my camera up. :wallbanging:

I've got clear skies, for the moment, here in Cheshire but the Moon is still well to the East and won't be near until around 11pm.

Do hope you get a good view tonight @ARMANDII . The Moon here last night was amazing and in comparison to you, it was a little "lost" on me. It was great to see such a huge very bright moon but then seeing a nice big glass of the amber fluid also floats my boat:Wino:....maybe that might be a ditto from you too:)

If you looked at the Moon in wonder, silu, then nothing was lost on you as that is what Astronomy is all about.!!:love30::thumbsup::snorky:

                      Me???.......

as if I would:dunno::whistle::heehee: Actually things, so far, in the Observatory have been going really well as I've got some good images of different timed exposures of the Orion Nebula, the Orion Belt, and nearby Stars. The Moon is still to the East and in an hour or slightly more it will be nearly South which will be just right.........we'll see. But on the strength of the trouble free imaging so far a glass of the Golden Amber is on the books after shutting down the Observatory.
