When @wiseowl has eaten them I then use the shells to put on top of garden canes to stop myself from getting stabbed in the eye when working.

Smart, but a little violent for my game :)

Nobody dies in my game, not the protagonist, nor the foes.

It's been a while, but I've graduated now from programming a lot of the backend work such as how health will work and special items, to now focus on graphics.

I am using the "pixelart" style, it's retro basically and what I really like (and can do), here I have a patch of radishes, please let me know what you think:

This is the third version and I have fixed the bulge in the big leaf since, but not experienced enough with the vein detail on the topside. The black fencing is obviously just to see how it would come together and not final, nothing is final :)

This would be summer, when radishes can be harvested, so it has a vibrant colour palette.

Let me know you're thoughts please..

The green is too powerful for me and hurts my eyes. :noidea:

      Thanks for the feedback.

The green "grass" background is just placeholder, it's the vegetables I was showcasing. Don't worry, it won't be like that.

I have updated the radish patch now, I have them degraded bit by bit as the animals devour the produce before the hero can stop them. One is juts normal and in mud, while the other has a Level 1 fence around it.

      Feedback is appreciated!

The background is easier on the eye now but as I don't play games I can't comment on anything.
