Just had to drop in on my local nursery today...just had to!!!...as I drove nearby :)
A very attractive pale pink camellia caught my eye swiftly followed by a hand on my wallet. :rasp:I will return over the weekend or early next week plus a slightly longer trip to Croft Common nursery at the Lizard, famous for growing tender and unusual, if not rare, climbers and more:) I can thoroughly recommend this little nursery tucked away in the village to anyone visiting Cornwall this year. Packed with gems....always a joy:)

I bought this little white azalea in Wilko's yesterday. It was about three quid. It's sitting on one of our kitchen window sills along with several orchids which are "resting" and some herbs.
I'll leave it there for a bit to see how it does. In the past, I've layered bigger pieces, so it will be a while before it does anything.

Today gifts from me to me  rambling roses which I can't plant cause everything waterlogged heeled in for now in the greenhouse, and the long narrow pot from B&M £3.50 cheap for my lilium stargazer which I am repotting . The rest of my bulbs dahlias - polianthes - lily henyri turned up yesterday :) just need to sort out the rest of my wish list , ordered a few more plants yesterday but all the postage costs getting 1-3 plants from each place is costing me a fortune .

                    USB grow light.
Bought it off of Ebay for £3.89.

                    Worth a shot.

I bought some Flair tulips. I think I managed to kill them before I got round to doing anything with them. They were in the car for 2 days and out for 1 day. Hopefully a good soaking will be enough to bring them back, next year if not this.

They will be going be down the end of the garden to mix in with the white "pheasant eye" daffodils. On the table are clumps of tall, yellow, late daffodils that I foraged from the front yard. They didn't look right where they were so I thought I would stick them in with the whites and the tulips, and replace them with tete a tete that happened to be spare.

                        G.
