Hello from Castleford West Yorkshire

    I'm Paul
    A new gardener since we moved from Leeds 2 years ago.

    Massive garden so I've made myself an allotment. I've got raised beds so far with room to expand.

    I'll be honest though. If I can't eat it I'm not interested. My wife has the rest of the garden for that.

    Garden is totally South facing with nice loam soil. I've had to buy some soil last year for my raised beds and add loads of manure to improve it ready for this year.

    Loads of seedlings ready to pot on I'm growing

    Potato
    Calabrese
    Kale
    Peas
    Beans
    Beetroot
    Cornichon go pickling....my wife is French.
    Lolo rosso
    Radish
    Little gem
    All the above yet to plant out

    Shallots
    Garlic
    Elephant garlic
    All the above planted last November and coming along very nicely.

    My other hobby is hill climb and sprinting my classic mini.....but not this year for obvious reasons
