    Hi,
I've got some thing growing around my butternut squash bed. They don't appear to be attached to the plant (see very tiny one in first photo).

I've never grown squash before, and at first i thought they were squashes that had been attacked, now i think they're some kind of fungus.

I filled the bed with rotten down earth from the back of a muck heap from a farm... not sure if that info. will help in any way.

Does anyone know what this is, and what i should do?

    Thanks in advance. 20200711_113635.jpg 20200711_113626.jpg

Yeah looks fungal, probably wont do any harm, its just breaking down the muck.
You can remove them but the main fungus is growing within the muck.
