They look a bit elongated to me, I think they need more light.
Probably dont need feeding as yet, best to wait on the feeding, the pots look fairly big.

Basically, you are expecting far too much, too soon!

I would not expect flowers before June, and the plants would need to be a lot bigger and stronger.

It is best to wait until the plant flowers, before you feed it, otherwise you will encourage growth, rather than fruit/tomatoes.

Mine are in the greenhouse, shorter and stouter, but no signs of flowering. I'm blaming the cold nights. Hopefully night time temperatures will be more typical later this week.

In your first photo it looks like you have chopped the top off, that would have removed the growing tip along with dormant flower buds. Your only chance is that side-shoots emerge from where the leaves join the main stem, do not nip those off as they will eventually develop flowers.

The two problems i think you have is not enough light making them leggy (to tall) and feeding with miracle grow will promote growth without flowers, as JWK says you have taken off the growing tip, allow one of the side shoots that will come from the leaf axils to be your new plant if they are cordon, if bush let all side shoots grow. Miracle grow is not the best fertilizer for tomatoes it has too much nitrogen promoting vegative growth, you need a fertilizer with lower nitrogen and higher Potassium, but do not feed until first fruits have formed.
          good luck sandy
