Orchid issue?

    Bought in spring - After flowering the stem started to yellow, I cut it down but it seems to still be yellowing- is this normal? Should I do anything?

    I'd cut it off close to the base of the plant, its obviously not going to flower again from that stem.

      You didn't do anything wrong.

      The plant will eventually put up another flowering stem if you keep it growing.

      It might be a few months though.
