Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Strong winds, heavy rain and a mild 15c later.

 

It's been raining and more showers are forecast through the morning. Mild though, 13C.
The forecast is sunny tomorrow, and dry until Sunday.

 

12c lots of rain from 4am and roads flooded and tis windy

 

But it's filling our Resevoirs nicely,

I hope the hosepipe ban ends soon. with all the rain we've had our path is getting a bit slippery with slimy moss/algae stuff and brushing/scrubbing by hand doesn't do much (it doesn't get all the stuff out of the textured surface so it soon regrows). It needs the pressure washer on it. I prefer to use just water not cleaning products but if the ban goes on for much longer I might have to resort to some sort of treatment.

 

10 degrees so not cold, but wild wet and windy, yellow warning for wind later, hatches battened down, mainbrace is spliced(whatever that means)................stay safe all.

 

It is 15f -10c and the symbols the guessers are displaying indicate maybe a bit of sun will be seen when it rises and later we'll get snow. They haven't changed their tune about the temps later and are saying it will hover up around the freezing mark. No bad at all

Still raining sometimes heavy and then light, with gusty winds from the south temp 14c feels like 13c.

 

18c on our terrace, beautiful sunny day. Just having a coffee and admiring the mountains with the snow, not sure the ski stations like this weather though!

 

We had rain all night until 6 am. Since then, it’s wet, some drizzle in between but not really raining. Everything is wet and huge paddles of water.
13c and 45mph wind.
Quiet tomorrow with 6 hours of sunshine (eventually )
I don’t complain.
Our hosepipe ban ended 2 weeks ago, @JennyJB, and indeed @Michael Hewett, it’s a December as I would expect to have in England. I do hope that no-one gets flooded.

Let’s see what the rest of the winter brings.

 

Still overcast and breezy, 18c. Now rain may arrive early at 3ish.

 

Its been dry all day after the early rain, the wind has dried things to some extent, but it looks like rain is coming and the cold front has to clear through soon.
