    Starting with a square image helps, of course, but once uploaded (provided your image is not humongous size and longer side is not more than 2x length of shorter side) you get the chance to "slide" it around in the clipping window so that the square that will be shown includes everything that you want :) I thought that was quite neat.

    But, if you have the skills, it would be better to clip it to a square and resize it 200px before uploading.

      The trouble was, Kristen, that it wouldn't up load my avatar all so I could slide it around to get it to how I wanted!!:WINK1::dunno:
