            Just to say Mum, I didn't do Stoptober but have gone off the real stuff to a toy one.
            It is an E-cig which has benefited me by not getting the other fumes into my body and the CO count from the health centre is now zero. I still use it, but have weened myself off those life taking ciggies for now. I was a hard smoker on 4 ozs a week so I and the family are glad not to have the old Dad back in that sense.
            I have more energy and not puffing means no more yellow ceilings to paint:phew:
