That guy(mick jagger) has some stamina..how old is he now???

 

He's getting on for 70.

Interestingly there was a study a few years ago now, where rock stars were put through their paces while connected to all manner of monitoring gear. I remember the headline in the news was something like 'Rock stars Olympic athletes', because they'd found that their cardiovascular fitness levels was actually on a par with that of an Olympic standard athlete. I guess it makes sense really. If you're career involves jumping around like a mentalist for hours on end, you're going to be fit.

 

Just found out that after 43 years of Glastonbury , this is the first time the Rolling Stones have appeared , amazing !
The total crowd there is 175,000 , which is close to the population of a city like Chester . It will also produce the same amount of "sewage" as Chester , so watching on TV is probably the best option .

 

He is 69 , turns 70 at the end of July . So he is a mere lad at the moment

 

Only watched Public Enemy (guest bassist Davey DMX!!!), was pretty good!

I don't know if that means anything to anyone on here however
