Well in my case, all over sunburn!

T'was far too hot in the greenhouse today so I stripped off (not a pretty sight!) and found a little section outside between the ferret pen and my grape vines which is not overlooked, been cooking most afternoon, I can get used to this "Naturist" lifestyle, only took me 56 years to find my calling?

I used to burn when I sat in an office for most of the day, but for the last dozen years spent in the wind/rain/sun it hasn't bothered me.

Sorry to hear you are suffering Vince. We know better 'living in the sun' ... we never sit in it although we spend a lot of our time in it. Have done a bit of the 'naturist' (well, not quite as I like a certain part covered ...) ... but that is still under the shade sails. We were 34.1c today, a bit lower than yesterday's 34.5c but still 29.1c now but thankfully the sun has gone down behind the house ... and trees ... :phew:

Oh Dear Vince,so sorry to hear about your all over sunburn/tan and hope the sheets are not to heavy on your delicate parts this evening:snork:

We went to our local country park which has a large lake in it and most people were dressed in sensible clothing {us included}apart from two ladies who came walking towards us wearing bikini's,although one of them had a small towel draped round her shoulders and they did wear sandals on their feet.I think they too were trying to get some of their parts tanned:snork:

"We heard it on the grapevine ... " (sing a long ... )

Teabags, my friend, teabags! :blue thumb:

Get those (used) teabags and dab your burnt bits with them; cooling, refreshing and should take the heat from your skin burn :grphg: (Cheaper than making a skin dressing from mashed cucumber ;) )
