Good afternoon Eve and Marley many thanks for your lovely comments very much appreciated,Tiny and Penny must be kept on the lead and Mrs Woo has her hands full(only joking)we take it in turns to use our cameras,but I have such a zest for life since Mrs Woo purchased the new lens for me,(since my few weeks confinement) what kept me going was that when I could go out ,I would fly everywhere I have just returned from pruning all the Roses at the local surgery ,enjoy your day my friends

Good afternoon Fern my friend and thank you for your lovely and friendly comments,I should know this as they are distant cousins of mineI did venture to ask and was told that they are Farm Geese

 

Yup the first ones certainly look like Greylags with quite a lot of white markings Woo, the other one sitting looks like a white fronted goose.. Beautiful pics again Woo..

 

Hi Marley and thank you,my bird I.D as you know leaves a lot to be desired

 

No it doesn't at all Woo, just we have them stopping off at a big garden & pond, as we are on the flight-path to Slimbridge here..

No need Marley my friend ,our friend Strongy has kindly pointed out in the "Whats Buzzing" Thread that they are Domestic Geese(Farm Geese)
