    Morning all

Lovely and sunny here at the moment, hoping the forecasted showers stay away.

Pleased to hear Penny and Amber are on the mend. :doggieshmooze:

Have a great few days with the girls in Bristol Zigs

Hope the man-flu clears up soon FC and everyone's colds are disappearing. Mine is finally starting to go.

Got a slow puncture on one of my tyres so off to get that sorted now.

    Have a great day everyone.

    :sick0026: Morning all

Man flu still knocking seven bells out of me, and now properly settled on my chest. I thought that would be better, but its just making me breathless and tiring me out. Little C overslept this morning so I had no choice but to take her to school in the car - between doing that, and loading the dishwasher when I got back, I am absolutely knackered. We have no choice but to go to Sainsbury's later (need to eat this week), and I am dreading it.

I feel guilty not being at work (I hate being off work when its not a holiday), but on the other hand I wouldn't want to pass this on to anyone else.

Hopefully the weekend will sort me out.

Anyway, enough about me. Glad to hear our wee waggatail friends are all doing well - my wee man is squeezed up tight to my left thigh at the moment, fast asleep; I think he is feeling a bit cold. Central heating still not fixed (gas man is trying to get to me bless him, but he is absolutely flat out - his job must be hell at this time of year)

@moyra - your sinuses have been giving you trouble for a few weeks now, have you seen the doc?

@shiney - should you not rest your foot for a while and let it recover fully? I certainly wish I had your energy right now, that's for sure - hope the charity bash goes well.

@lost_in_france - hope fixing your puncture wasn't too expensive; still, it can't have been that bad as it would only be going flat at the bottom

Hope you all have a wonderful day, and that you manage to dodge the showers.

It was just a leaky valve so they replaced that and it didn't cost too much :blue thumb:

@fat controller thanks for your good wishes :blue thumb:.

Resting it doesn't seem to do much for it so we put the stuff on it and a dressing and let it get on with it. It eases up sometimes, almost seems to clear and then breaks out again. I take a break if it's bothering me. :noidea:

Healing vibes to all who are recovering/enduring the Man Flu - mine seems to be on the up, but I still have a little chest left.

Loli - hope Uncle Pete had a deserving send off :grphg:

Well, it was such a lovely day today, Mr "M" and I went into town - ok, so we would have gone even if it had been a wretched weather day, but it was so much better for being lovely weather :heehee: Anyway, managed to bag myself some walking boots in a sale  I'm wearing them around the house for a few days to "break them in" and they are quite strange to walk in: it's almost like I rock on the ball of my feet :snork:. Sturdy things they are too and just right for the terrain around here when walking Ozzy :doggieshmooze: The guy in the shop was very helpful and informative.
This afternoon I bagged the last appointment of the day for a trim and to have my nails done. I feel truly pampered now :heehee:
Mr "M" is off to work later, so I'm going to have an evening catching up with recordings and allowing Ozzy to keep my feet warm.

          Enjoy your evening xMx

Lightning flashes every so often. No thunder ( so far) but still very warm = 15C. It has just started to rain steadily so that'll bring the temperature down,

                      Aloha everyone,

Good morning Woo, :) my Bouncability is certainly here but it's slightly towards Hopability :blue thumb: :heehee:

No rain here but they have forecast some this morning. I've been thinking of putting up the Shineyland Shield ready for our charity morning but can't, yet, find the remote control!

The urn, teapots etc. are all prepared, tables and benches will need to be put out later, all the crafts laid out ready in the summerhouse and the crafts still to be paid out under the pergola. Signs are to go up, milk to be bought and bread for the Ploughmans.

Sarafi has already had a nose round but I don't expect he'll appear when the people are here as he's very snooty. :heehee: Oscar used to love visitors but Sarafi looks at them in disgust! Although, if the sun shines he'll probably sleep on his rug in the greenhouse. If it rains outside Shineyland he is likely to go hunting out there. He likes to hunt in the rain. :noidea:

                      Have a great day

                      Aloha!

                          Good morning all,

Shiney, do hope the weather improves for your craft day. Not nice when it is all soggy and wet.

FC and M, hope your flu and colds are on the way out. I am still suffering with sinuses. Must be an allergy of some sort.

Loli, enjoy your weekend off. Hope the weather stays nice for you.

WOO you sound as though you are pretty busy too. Don't overdo things now with all your bouncibility!
Have a lovely day all, stay safe and take care. God bless. :wub2:
