        Middlebere farm track early this morning, there was more to see down the track than there was from the hide.
        Dozens of Redwings around but very wary as well as several Bullfinches, Song Thrushes, Blackbirds.

                As the feet don't seem to have turned yellow yet I think it is one of this years juveniles, great shots Woo, I can never get close to them here.
                It's amazing that 25 years ago one Little Egret would start a 'twitch' with birders coming from all over the country to see one. Now I usually see 10 Egrets to one common Grey Heron. There is a roost of 60 in Poole harbour.
                Keep an eye out for the Great White Egret Woo, twice the size with a yellow beak, there are nearly 2,000 in Holland with one here for the last three months and more coming here each year so you never know what might turn up.:smile:
