Hi, i would just like your help in identifying what is growing here. My first guess is sweetcorn but on closer inspection a fair bit of the crop is yellow and dead as far as i can see, or maybe just weeds? Any help would be much appreciated!

I was thinking that, considering it is about 2 feet off the ground currently, how long would it take to reach 5 feetish from now? Thanks for your time!

Looks to be a farmers field of maize, it's very weedy though. It shoots up very quickly, by mid-summer it will be 6ft.

So by the end of July perhaps 6 foot? Even if the soils bad/weedy?

    Thanks a million apple!

It will outgrow those weeds, probably 6ft by mid-August :blue thumb:

      Why are you asking?
