I am new, lost and bewildered! Signature? Is that what appears underneath the Avatar? In my case "Apprentice Gardener", where did that come from? How can I change that? And where does a "sticky" come from and what does it mean?
There should be a guide (and a glossary) for thickos like me, on how to set up your profile and use this (otherwise) great place! Help!!!

      Hi Ellabella,

      Welcome to Gardeners Corner

      :sign0016:

Don't worry about a lot of the stuff, I use my mobile ( don't have a computer..... Wouldn't even know how to plug it in let alone turn it on ).

If a TTT ( Total Technology Thicky ) like me can find there way around, you should be fine :)

Just remember the important thing is to enjoy your garden and the work involved in it and know that we're all here to help :)

Signature is what appears under your posts so mine is

        Taking crochet into the garden

It should say that below my post but a lot smaller

Stickies are threads that are stuck at the top of each section as they are threads reguarly used so it makes them easier to find such as whats your weather like and whats looking good in july etc

The apprentice gardener thing under your name is based on your post count. Basically the more you do the role changes

I dont know about this forum but normally you cant change that yourself but admins can give you something different there

I think that is correct but not 100% so feel free to correct me admin people
