Post order problem

I mentioned this a couple of months back but still have the problem. When I enter a page that has new posts on it - the page is automatically scrolled to the bottom post and if there are enough posts to create a new page then it will automatically go to the last post on the last page. I then have to go back to the previous page and scroll back to the last post I'd read. Can anyone sort this for me please.

 

I still have this problem, can admin help please?

 

Thanks Armandii. I had a look through my preferences but there's nothing there to alter it, that I can see.

 

How are you going to the page?
I usually use the New Posts tag, then click under the name of the last poster, that way I go immediately to the last post on that thread.
if you go via the main post you end up on the first post in that thread

 

Via the thread title Pete. I don't use the new posts tag.

I didn't have this problem before the beginning of the year.

Just a thought @Sheal, but are you accepting cookies, or maybe deleting cookies after each session?

 

Have you stopped taking your medication again Armandii.
You know the nurse won't be very happy if you're hiding them under your pillow again.

Neither of those as far as I remember, I'm still getting my head round Windows 10. But that wouldn't make any difference anyway as I was on Windows 7 when this started.
