Doing it off-grid styles in the land of the long white cloud :
We are kiwis born & raised.
I'm a mama living with my wonderful partner Mike & our 2 youngest boys of which there are 3 all together. Damian 22, Brayden 17, & Hunter is almost 3.
We have 60 acres up in the far north of the north island. It's mostly rough bush land & hilly but WOW! Its beautiful & we love it.
We are becoming as self sufficient as we possibly can with our own gardens, orchards, chooks, kune kune pigs & a house cow who will be calving for the first time next year. I'll give a go at making our own butter & cheese.
We want to get back to the old ways as the world around us is becoming more expensive for day to day living.
We want our children to always have something they can come to & learn from....... That's why we are doing this
