Anyway I went to a garden centre today as I wanted a rambling rose. I noticed their rhododendron for sale for £40 each, so I went to Lidl and bought 2 for £8.99 each.Anyway the vine weevils haven’t touched my strawberry plants, which are near my rhododendron which is strange.

Does the container have a drainage hole @katecat58? If so, and you used the same compost, try moving the container to the same location where the other ones flowered. It could be a slight change in heat, light or water that they need.

It is that time I think when they go out into the fresh air ... so I had T'Other Half bring the small ones out. I think a couple may not survive ...I will have him bring the big ones out tomorrow.
