I think there is also an issue of getting loads of tablets and then for one reason or another they change you medication.I think the NHS has a pretty big bill regarding medication and I do wonder how much of it gets wasted.

It's Friday.Best day in the week if you have to earn your living with a Monday to Friday job.

Some dry periods today gave me the chance to cut down the old raspberry stems, romneya and other things that needed a bit of discipline! Large pile for composting, but I wish my shredder hadn't died, as it could do with being broken up.

Currently 5° but feels much colder. We had the same yesterday when a cold wind made it so unpleasant. I stayed at home and had a hot bath rather than a walk. Showers today with a high of 9°C and a low of 6°C. There is a 59% chance of precipitation. Sunrise 7:48 AM Sunset 4:54 PM

Its slightly smaller than a sparrow. A youngster perhaps as it doesn't have any real markings?
