A bamboo cane cut into short lengths also works well, using three in a triangle or four in a square. Easily hidden and reused or replaced.

What are we doing in the garden 2026
This is the base, I'm on heavy clay so good drainage layer is essential. Then some weed membrane and with a whirl of a magical wand, the 50 bags of gravel on top.
