Saw brimstones again. Watched a very pale peacock feeding on a blue hyacinth and then basking on a stone slab. Quick glimpse of a comma near the pond. A few years ago we had sparrows pulling at the primrose flowers. Haven't done it this year but now they are having a go at the forsythia flower buds.
