Advice on raised beds please
When I grew flowers for my daughter's wedding I used 2m x 1m. I had clay soil and I mixed bought compost into it. It was in my vegetable garden and I had Love in a Mist for years afterwards!

Not a ride on mower but there was a chap at my father's Allotments, who used to drive around on a lawn tractor all the time. He mowed the grass at his local Church, and he did a lot of the wider paths at the Allotments. It did have number plates etc like any other tractor you see on the road.
