The annual pass thing is spot on. I started doing that with a local garden and it completely changed how I think about winter planting. You notice stuff you'd never catch on a single visit.

I trimmed some dead wood out of a caryopteris and some fuchsias, and moved a potted conifer from its coping-with-winter-wind spot to its better-weather position!

Not a clue, there is not much to go by atm!
Good guess Pete sort of similar but Day lilies don’t have white roots or offsets like these do. Hopefully the mystery will be solved in a month or so

When I grew flowers for my daughter's wedding I used 2m x 1m. I had clay soil and I mixed bought compost into it. It was in my vegetable garden and I had Love in a Mist for years afterwards!
