If you want to kill any seeds that will germinate also, then Weedol Pathclear. Glyphosate will kill any GREEN growth, but has no effect on seeds.

Advice on raised beds please
When I grew flowers for my daughter's wedding I used 2m x 1m. I had clay soil and I mixed bought compost into it. It was in my vegetable garden and I had Love in a Mist for years afterwards!
