Definitely we will repeat with the 'Orange Emperor' tulips next year, we loved their color on our terrace so much!! Perhaps we'll plant more, given the result.

I'd agree with both @NijelJ and @pete . One other thing is to consider what wildlife you are aware of in your area - have you spoken to neighbours to see if they have encountered similar problems...

TBH, I'm surprised they have not found a way to scrap the single occupancy discount altogether. In areas with lots of retirees, doing so would bring in a tidy sum!

Mo Bacter after using Iron Sulphate on Moss in Lawns
We used Mo last year and it has worked fairly well but as said its too early and cold for it to work and if applied it may well be washed away by the rain. The bag states it needs 12c before it...
