Most of his decisions he has back tracked on.I'm definitely not any better off, the pension rise that they crow about has been swallowed up before we get it.And then there are calls to do away with the triple lock because it costs too much. Any percentage rises start from a pretty low figure.

is there a reason why my Gaultheria Procumbens keeps getting dug up
While it is low growing, it's not trailing so you will have to position the basket carefully to get a good view of the red berries. It likes moist well drained soil you will have to water regularly.

I put some of those in about three weeks ago, getting their true leaves now, I do find they need a longer growing season than the smaller types, and ripening can be slow, but worth the effort.

seed potatoes with long shoots
You can leave them in a cool light space for a while if you're not ready to plant out yet. The shoots will green up and strengthen a bit. Plant carefully as already said.

When to Cut Back Semi-Neglected Lavender and Santolina
Yes a few years ago we visited a garden in Suffolk. They had a border with some very old Lavenders which still looked fine. They said they cut back hard in February-March each year.
