    what seeds are you planting? some like being just under the soil, others ontop of the soil. I would rake, then wet the soil very well, then toss the seeds down. some seed mixes are hard to get...

    I love Euphorbias, too, though the only ones that survive in my garden are the two I keep in pots. When I plant them in the ground they disappear after a year or two.
