Hozelock Auto Reel, Outside Year round or.....
My hose is more likely to knock over pots in and around the greenhouse; however the number of times I've hoed the growing point off something just about to come through the soil is considerable.

Thanks for the advice with my sweet peas, but going to hold off for a week as I see there is low pressure coming in over the Atlantic. So going to wait for the next warm spell.

Getting rid of Wisteria
I used SBK stump killer on mine last winter, no sign of any regrowth so far this year.I think you should only use it in winter though.

Reusing soil from wisteria pots
@LilyTL, yes, you can re-use the compost from the pots but you should remove any roots first. The removed compost would benefit from some granular fertiliser being mixed with it and/or some bagged...
