What's your weather like 2026
Getting right windy out there, but seems mildish at 10c. Expecting rain, but not much evidence of it.Windy again tomorrow and wet. Might stay indoors again.

Latest moan from you and me 2026
Maybe buy a couple of suitably sized rugs to sit the sofas on, @ViewAhead? Not the effect you were after, Im sure, but if it’s a wooden floor, you might be able to slide the sofa on the rugs?

Field woodruff in my lawn
I have large areas of what I believe is Luzula campestris ( Field woodrush) in my lawn. Can anyone suggest any herbicide I can spray it with to kill it or do I just have to dig it all out by hand
