Mushroom compost
@pete have you tried those companies who sell bulk bags? I saw one of those cubic metre bags outside a house near here, and the compost looked good. Got to be cheaper than buying 60l a time.

What are we doing in the garden 2026
Seriously fed up at the thought of lugging plants into the garage again tonight. It's the end of March, FGS!
On the plus side, the clock in the car will be "right" again tomorrow!

Corkscrew Willow advice please
Hello all, seeking some advice please. I've been told this is a corkscrew willow. Is it meant to look like this at this time of year - i.e. no buds, not much going on?

Hello from France
We're in Ile de France, so quite far North. The soil in our garden has many earthworms in it - I'm hoping that's a good sign!
