Is it not killed by normal weed and feed products? But I would agree in making the lawn less susceptible by improving the conditions for the grass over the weeds.

Yes there is a minimum of 10% on VAT just as there is a minimum on the duty, with petrol being set higher than diesel. I am sceptical that Spanish motorists will be able to save 30 cents per litre...
